We are writing to inform you that several students have recently experienced symptoms of a stomach virus, including nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, and diarrhea. While cases remain limited, we want to make families aware so we can work together to help prevent further spread within our school community.

To help keep everyone healthy, we ask that you please:

● Monitor your child for symptoms of illness

● Keep your child home if they are experiencing vomiting, diarrhea, fever, or other signs of illness

● Ensure your child remains home for at least 24 hours after symptoms have resolved without medication

● Encourage frequent handwashing with soap and water, especially before eating and after using the restroom

Our staff is increasing cleaning and disinfecting procedures throughout the building, with special attention to high-touch surfaces and shared spaces.

If your child becomes ill at school, you will be contacted to arrange for prompt pickup. We appreciate your partnership in helping maintain a healthy and safe learning environment for all students and staff.
